Yikes! The NRE and low production prices make me want to double and triple check to be sure I have the most cost-effective design. Ug, back to the drawing board…

Update (3/26): We are back on track; the design is better than ever and cheaper without those parts… Though, now I need to invest in some tooling. 🙂
